Delivery information

  • dao home delivery: Order before 14:00 Monday to Sunday, and we will dispatch the parcel the same day*. Only available for orders up to DKK 2,000 and a maximum weight of 5 kg.
  • dao parcel shop: Order before 14:00 Monday to Sunday, and we will dispatch the parcel the same day*.
  • PostNord: Order before 20:00 Monday to Friday and before 14:00 on Sunday, and we will dispatch the parcel the same day*.
  • GLS: Order before 16:00 Monday to Friday and before 14:00 on Sunday, and we will dispatch the parcel the same day*.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before the stated cut-off times on the same day to ensure next-day delivery. However, unforeseen issues with specific orders may occur. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or on public holidays.

Click & Collect

You are always welcome to pick up your order at our Løbeshop warehouse at Gammel Sellingvej 1, 8370 Hadsten or at our Løbeshop store in Aarhus. You will receive an SMS notification when your package is ready for pick-up. 

Pick-up is available during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00–19:00
  • Saturday and Sunday: 12:00–16:00

Please note that it is not possible to exchange items (including claims) or change your order to a different size at our warehouse.

 

Terms for Greenland and the Faroe Islands

We offer delivery to Greenland and the Faroe Islands with PostNord Tracked. We're working on a solution to allow shipping by air for parcels over 2 kg.

Please note: If your package exceeds 2 kg, no shipping option will appear at checkout.

Important notes

*Please note that errors on the website or out-of-stock items may prevent us from dispatching your order within the expected timeframe. Our customer service team will contact you if any issues arise with your order.

**For parcel shop deliveries, the carrier may need to redirect your parcel to an alternative location due to capacity limitations—especially around Black Friday and December when parcel volumes are high. Your parcel cannot be redirected once it has been assigned.

***For GLS and PostNord deliveries, you can grant a one-time or permanent authorization specifying where your parcel may be left if you are not home. Once the parcel has been delivered to the agreed drop-off point (e.g., outside your door), GLS, PostNord, and DAO disclaim all liability. If the parcel is stolen after delivery, compensation cannot be claimed.
