Returns

We offer a 180-day return policy. You can return any unworn item using our return label, available on our website, within 180 days of the delivery date.

A return fee of DKK 39 will be applied when using our prepaid return label. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
Returns related to warranty claims are exempt from this fee.

Conditions for returns:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging (unless it is a complaint).
  • Products cannot show signs of use, stains, damage, or odor.
  • When returning an item to Lipati.com, please ensure the original packaging is protected by a parcel bag, cardboard box, or similar.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe return shipping and to obtain a receipt from the carrier as proof of return.

Refunds

  • You can register your return here.
  • We recommend that items are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition, free from wear, stains, odors, etc. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a reduction in the item’s value.
  • When returning a product to Lipati.com, please do not use the product’s original packaging as shipping packaging. The original packaging must be protected during transport – for example, using a shipping bag or cardboard box.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you choose to exchange your item, you will receive a voucher via email.
    All payments will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
  • When using our prepaid return label, a fee of DKK 39 will be deducted from your refund. Returns for warranty claims are free of charge when using our return label.
  • Please ensure you obtain a receipt when handing in your return parcel.

Exchanges

  • You can register your exchange here.
  • Exchanges are free of charge, including both return shipping and delivery of the replacement item.
  • Once your exchange has been registered, you will receive a voucher for the value of the original item. This voucher must be used to place a new order.
    Please note that the new order will only be dispatched after we have received and processed your returned item.
  • The voucher may be used for any product of your choice.
  • When returning a product, please ensure that the original product packaging is protected during transport – for example, with a shipping bag or cardboard box.
  • Important: If you later decide to make a regular return instead of an exchange, this is possible. In such cases, a return fee of DKK 39 will apply.
  • Please ensure you obtain a receipt when handing in your parcel.

 

Complaints (Warranty claims)

  • You can register your warranty claim here.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged prior to return shipment.
  • Warranty claims are processed within 1–3 business days after receipt. 
  • If the claim is accepted, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, voucher, refund, or price reduction, depending on the specific case.
  • Returns related to warranty claims are free of charge when using our return label.
  • Please ensure you obtain a receipt when handing in your parcel.
