At LIPATI we go to extra lenghts to ensure that you may find the right running gear and running shoes. That is why we offer our customers a 60 day satisfaction guarantee on all LIPATI products.

Satisfaction guarantee basically means that you can use the product as much as you want. And if you within 60 days isn´t satisfied with your purchase, we will echange it to another product without any extra charges - or give you a refund.

If you want to to use the satifaction gurantee, all you have to do is get in touch with our cusomer service within 60 days of having received the product and they will take care of the rest.

The satisfaction guarantee applies to 1 product every 6 months.
