2. Personal Data we Collect, Purposes and Legal Basis 

2.1 When you visit the Website, we automatically collect information about your device and your use of the Website, such as browser type, search terms, IP address, network location, and information about your computer.

2.1 To optimize the user experience and website functionality, and for targeted marketing, including retargeting via Facebook, Google, and Instagram. This processing is necessary for us to pursue our legitimate interest in improving the Website and presenting relevant offers.

2.1.2 Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

2.2 When you purchase a product or communicate with us through the Website, we collect the information you provide, including name, address, email, phone number, payment method, details of purchases and returns, delivery preferences, and the IP address used at the time of ordering.

3. Recipients of Personal Data

3.1 Your name, address, email, phone number, order number, and delivery preferences may be shared with carriers such as dao, PostNord, GLS, or another delivery partner. For non-stock items, this information may be shared with the manufacturer or distributor.

3.2 We share personal data with external service providers (data processors) who process information on our behalf. These partners may assist with technical operations, newsletter distribution, marketing (including retargeting), and customer feedback services. All processors act under our instruction and are contractually bound to confidentiality. We have entered into written data processing agreements with all processors handling data on our behalf.

3.3 Some data processors, such as Google LLC and Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook), are located outside the EU/EEA. Any data transfers are based on the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR.

5. Data Retention

5.1 Website usage data is deleted after 12 months of inactivity.

5.2 Newsletter registration data is deleted upon withdrawal of consent unless another legal basis applies.

5.3 Purchase data is retained for 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which the purchase was made, unless longer retention is required to comply with legal obligations or to establish or defend legal claims. Accounting records are retained for 5 years in accordance with Danish bookkeeping legislation.

5.4 Loyalty program data is automatically deleted:
a) if no login has occurred within 3 years, or
b) if you cancel your membership

 
6. Data Security

6.1 We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, or misuse.
