What do I do if I want to make a claim?

You have a 2-year warranty under EU law. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you can easily submit a claim online.

Here's how:

  • Register your warranty claim here
  • Use the free return label sent to your email
  • Make sure to pack the item securely
  • We process claims within 1–3 business days of receiving your package
  • If approved, you’ll receive either a repair, replacement, refund, voucher, or price reduction depending on the case
    Please remember to get a drop-off receipt when handing in your parcel – it’s your proof of return.
