How should I return the parcel?

When returning an item, please use the prepaid return label included with your order or sent to your email. If you’ve lost it, you’ll receive a new one when you register your return online.

Important return guidelines:

• Pack your items securely to avoid damage during transit.
• Protect the product’s original packaging with a parcel bag, cardboard box, or similar.
• Never attach tape or shipping labels directly to product packaging.
• If the original packaging is damaged, a handling fee of DKK 150 may apply.
• Always ask for a drop-off receipt when returning your parcel — it’s your proof of return.
