How do I get my money back?

Refunds go to the original payment method. If the item was a gift, refunds can only be issued as a voucher.

MobilePay refunds are not shown in the app but appear on your bank statement. All payments will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Return shipping is DKK 39 (deducted from your refund). Product claims are returned for free.
