How do I create a return order?

You have 180 days to return your items. Register your return or exchange here or visit our Returns & Complaints page for more information. Use the return label included with your order or requested online.

• Regular returns cost DKK 39 (deducted from refund)
• Claims for faulty items are free
• Refunds go to the original payment method
• Exchanges are free and handled via voucher
• Protect original packaging. Never attach labels directly to product boxes.
